Porter Consulting were engaged to provide civil design and contract administration services for the car parking and drainage at the Willetton Catholic Church. We were also further engaged to assist with landscaping inputs for the site.
Our practice was the lead civil engineering consultant for the project, and we were responsible for coordination and liaison with the project architect as well as the Structural and Electrical engineering consultants responsible for lighting and structural engineering designs.
Michael Cook was the project coordinator and attended regular site meetings, resolved technical enquiries as well as reviewed variations, extension of time requests, progress claims and issued payment certificates. The value of construction for the civil works component was approximately $780,000 and works were completed in July 2020.
